30 DAYS CHALLENGE

(about my 30 days challenge)


Stuck in a rut.
I feel like it very often cause my daily schedule is always same and there are no changes.
So,I'm gonna start a 30 days challenges to have an changes from my life.

My first plan,is to wake up earlier.I usually sleep very late and wake up very late.I know it's a really bad habit.So I want to try to change it,to"sleep early and wake up early."
Second plan is to forbid drinking any soda and caffeine.I can not say that I always enjoy them every time. BUT I love caffeine. Coffee is my favorite.I also find some cokes when I'm hot or feels like I wants soda.They are really bad for my health. So I will not drink both of them for 30 days.
My last plan is to write a diary.Actually,I'm in a English camp now.So there are many fun episodes everyday.So I think it will be better to memorize what happened here after this camp is finish.

This is my 30 days challenges. I hope I could finish successfully all of them.
